This notice describes the ReelGraph site as it is deployed. ONLYTIPS S.R.L. is the named operator. Naming the company is not a statement that public launch is approved.

Contact
Privacy requests, data-rights requests, corrections, and other legal or contact messages can be sent to ppgamedevs@gmail.com. That address is temporary and is monitored.
A mailbox on the reelgraph.io domain is not in use. You can also reject or withdraw analytics in Privacy settings without sending an email.
What the site processes
The catalog itself is information about games and studios. It is not a list of site visitors.
Delivering a page can cause the host to process a request, which can include an IP address, the time, the URL, and a user agent. The application does not add a visitor account or a cross-site identifier.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 can process usage data such as pages viewed and a cookie identifier. If you do not allow it, that tag is not loaded.
Opening an official demo leaves ReelGraph and requests a page controlled by the studio. That studio then processes the request under its own terms.
Purposes
The site is delivered so you can read the catalog. Optional analytics is used to understand which pages are used.
Provider-claim storage exists in the database and is switched off. Production does not store claim requests or representative email addresses.
Legal bases
Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. This notice treats that choice as the basis for analytics. Counsel has not yet confirmed the basis.
The basis for technical logs created by hosting has not been confirmed by counsel. This notice does not describe those logs as stripped of identifiers.
Recipients
Vercel hosts the site. Turso hosts the catalog database. Google Analytics receives usage data only after you allow analytics.
These services may process data outside your country. A published review of their transfer terms is not finished. This notice does not claim that a particular transfer contract is in place.
Retention
The analytics choice is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days, then the question is shown again. Rejecting analytics deletes the Google Analytics cookies this site can see in the browser. That deletion does not erase measurements already received by Google.
How long Google, Vercel, or Turso keep their own logs is not fully set from this application. The Google Analytics property settings have not been inspected from this repository.
No retention period is set for provider-claim records, because public claims are not open.
Your choices and rights
You can allow analytics, reject it, or change that choice later from Privacy settings in the footer. Both actions are shown together.
Where data protection law applies, the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object, and the right to complain, still exist. Those requests can be sent to ppgamedevs@gmail.com.
In Romania, the supervisory authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
Changes
